Gift cards - Terms & Conditions

Phonebot.com.au Gift Cards are supplied by Phonebot Australia Pty Ltd.

Phonebot.com.au Gift Cards are only redeemable for goods and services at Phonebot.com.au, and are not redeemable for goods and services at any other phonebot branded websites.

Phonebot.com.au Gift Cards entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the card.

Should Phonebot suspect any fraud relating to a Phonebot.com Gift Card, Phonebot.com.au may refuse to redeem the Card until it is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.

Balance of Phonebot.com.au Gift Cards expires 12 months from the date the card is activated at the register. No refund or credit will be given for any unused balance.

Phonebot.com.au Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

The dollar value denoted on each Phonebot.com.au Gift Card is denominated in Australian Dollars and includes GST.

Where the cost of a purchase exceeds the available balance drawn from the Phonebot.com.au Gift Card the cardholder will be required to pay the difference.

You must open a user account with Phonebot.com.au (for free) in order to spend (redeem) the balance of this Gift Card.

You are responsible for the use and safety of your Phonebot.com.au Gift Card, so treat it like cash. You are liable for all transactions using your Phonebot.com.au Gift Card and all transactions using credit obtained from your Phonebot.com.au Gift Card, including any unauthorized use, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Phonebot.com.au. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The holder of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card.

Phonebot.com.au reserves the right to change these conditions at any time and will provide at least 14 days notice. Phonebot will give notice by posting the changes on Phonebot.com.au. If you contact Phonebot.com.au within the notice period and do not accept the changes, Phonebot.com.au can cancel the Gift Card and refund you any value remaining on the Card.
